Eligibility

1. Open to new and existing users of PDAX.
2. Must be a level 2 verified PDAX user who has made a qualified transaction within 2024. Qualified transactions are specified below:

• Buy or Sell Crypto
• Buy or Sell Bonds
• Filled Limit Order transactions

Mechanics

1. Maintain the minimum balance required for specific tokens to earn their corresponding rewards. The applicable percentage (P.A.) shall be computed based on the minimum daily balance of the respective token in your wallet within the 24-hour period. Rewards will be credited based on the token you are eligible for.

1. The maximum amount is applicable on a per token basis per customer, allowing all customers to participate.
   • For Example:
     • USER JUAN DELA CRUZ
       • $USDC on Solana: allowable maximum amount: 10,000 $USDC on the Solana Network.
       • $USDC on Base: allowable maximum amount: 10,000 $USDC on the Base Network.
       • $USDT on Tron: allowable maximum amount: 10,000 $USDT on the Tron Network.
2. PDAX reserves the right to adjust the applicable P.A. rewards monthly at its discretion. The applicable P.A. for each month shall be published by PDAX on www.pdax.ph/hold-and-earn at least five (5) days prior to the start of the covered month.
3. Rewards are credited directly to your PDAX account every Wednesday for the rewards you have earned from Sunday to Saturday of the previous week.

Terms and Conditions

1. PDAX reserves the right to disqualify and exclude users who are found to be in violation of the PDAX Terms and Conditions, Platform Rules, and Applicable Law and Regulations, as set forth in the User Agreement.
2. PDAX reserves the right to cancel, amend, or otherwise revise these mechanics at its sole discretion.
