Participants: PDAX Community Members and Followers
Period: Every Wednesday from August 12 – September 2, 2026 at 9:00 PM

Task List:

To qualify for rewards, participants should carefully follow the instructions outlined below:

1. Join any of the PDAXTalks online events, taking place from August 12, 2026 to September 2, 2026, every Wednesday, from 9:00 PM to 10:00 PM, through the official PDAX channel:
   • Facebook: facebook.com/groups/PDAXCommunity
2. Submit questions, subject to the guidelines below, during the live event’s Question and Answer segment.
3. Questions must be submitted via the livestream chat on the aforementioned official PDAX channel.
4. Questions submitted must:
   • Be aligned with the session’s primary topic(s).
   • Be related to cryptocurrency, blockchain, trading, investing, or the educational discussion for that
     session.
   • Include the hashtag #PDAXTalks.

    

5. The Top Ten (10) Best Questions will be selected based on the Judging Criteria outlined below.
6. Qualified participants may only receive one (1) reward under the Top 10 Best Questions category
   per session, regardless of the number of questions submitted.
7. Five (5) additional participants who are not among the Top 10 Best Question winners will be randomly
   selected through the Online Duck Race to receive rewards. The duck race can be accessed at the following
   link: https://www.online-stopwatch.com/duck-race/
8. Participants can earn rewards for each event day they attend and actively participate in. Eligibility for
   rewards in one session does not prevent them from receiving rewards in future sessions.
9. Participants must complete the provided Google Form to claim their reward: https://forms.gle/8uk15H6Va4V39PrB9.
   Please note that the form will only accept submissions while the event is live.
10. Participants may still qualify for the Community Milestone Prize Pool, subject to the livestream viewer
    milestones described below.

Guidelines:

To ensure a constructive and informative atmosphere, all questions submitted for the PDAXTalks event must comply with
the following guidelines:

Content Standards:

• Questions should be directly related to the fundamentals of crypto trading, clearly articulated, and easily
  comprehensible for novice participants and audiences.
• Participants must avoid submitting inappropriate, offensive, or off-topic questions. If a participant posts such
  comments or questions, they may face disqualification.
• Any instance of trolling, spamming, or unethical behavior will result in disqualification. Additionally, the
  identified participant will be barred from participating in future events.

Right to Disqualify:

• PDAX reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these content guidelines, exhibits
  inappropriate behavior, or engages in any form of unethical conduct during the event.

Judging Criteria:

• 60% Relevance & Insightfulness – The relevance of the question to crypto trading and the level of insight it provides.
• 40% Engagement & Clarity – The extent to which the question encourages discussion and how clearly it is expressed.

The panel will be composed of three (3) authorized PDAX representatives responsible for evaluating the top five best
questions asked during the event.

Reward Distribution:

A total of up to ₱14,000 worth of PDAX Gold will be distributed under the following terms:

Top 10 Participants:
The ten (10) participants who submit the best questions during the event and successfully complete the Google Form shall
each receive ₱200 worth of PDAX Gold.

Community Milestone Prize Pool:
Participants who complete the Google Participation Form during the livestream will be eligible for the Community
Milestone Prize Pool, subject to the livestream viewer milestones described below.

The Top 10 Best Questions winners and the five (5) Duck Race winners will also be eligible to receive rewards from the
Community Milestone Prize Pool, provided that they have completed the Google Participation Form.

Participants may unlock up to ₱1,000 worth of PDAX Gold per session, subject to the following conditions:

• ₱500 worth of PDAX Gold will be unlocked if the livestream reaches 40 concurrent viewers.
• An additional ₱500 worth of PDAX Gold will be unlocked if the livestream reaches 50 concurrent viewers.
• The unlocked reward pool will be shared equally among all qualified participants.
• Rewards will only be distributed if the corresponding viewer milestone(s) are achieved during the livestream.

Reward Announcement and Crediting:

• Winners will be announced after the conclusion of each PDAXTalks livestream through the official PDAX channels.
• Rewards will be credited to the winners’ eligible PDAX accounts within seven (7) to ten (10) business
  days after the event, subject to verification of eligibility and successful submission of the required Google Form.

Online Duck Race:
Participants who do not rank among the top ten best questions will still have an opportunity to earn rewards through an
online Duck Race at https://www.online-stopwatch.com/duck-race/. The first five
participants to complete the race will each receive ₱100 worth of PDAX Gold.
