Crypto-out Fees Promotion – USDT0 on Plasma

Eligibility:

  1. This promo is available to all PDAX users with at least a verified account level.
  2. Eligible PDAX Users must execute a valid crypto-out withdrawal of USDT0 on Plasma blockchain to an external wallet.

Mechanics:  

  1. This promo will run starting March 12, 2026 available on a first-come, first-served basis until supplies last. 
  2. All valid USDT0 on Plasma blockchain withdrawals by PDAX users will have zero network fees. This is only applicable to crypto withdrawals of USDT0 on the Plasma blockchain from PDAX to an external wallet.
  3. This promo shall automatically be applied upon crypto-withdrawals with no promo code needed. 
  4. By sending out USDT0 to an external wallet during the promo period, users agree to these terms.

 

General Terms:

  1. This promo is subject to the PDAX Terms and Conditions, and participation constitutes acceptance of such terms.
  2. No asset, benefit, or reward received by any participant may be assigned to any other user of the PDAX Platform or third party, except as expressly permitted by PDAX in writing.
  3. Assets, benefits, or rewards provided in this promotional activity are provided on an “as-is” basis and cannot be exchanged. PDAX disclaims all warranties and representations of any kind, expressed or implied, including, without limitation, any warranty or representation of usability, satisfactory quality, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose thereof, or that any claims made in relation thereto are accurate, or that the such assets, benefits, or rewards will meet the eligible participant’s expectations. To the extent that such assets, benefits, or rewards are digital assets, PDAX does not guarantee the technical and financial integrity of the digital assets and their ecosystems. Trading with any cryptocurrency is subject to the user’s risk and own discretion and must be done after adequate and in-depth research and analysis.
  4. PDAX reserves the right to change any terms of the PDAX Platform Terms, or suspend or cease the promo, at our sole and absolute discretion, any time, and without prior notification nor liability to any participant. Your continued participation in the promo after any change in the terms or mechanics shall be deemed as your acceptance of such amended terms or mechanics. If you disagree with the amended Terms or Mechanics, please cease your participation in the promo.
  5. PDAX has the right to disqualify or remove qualified participants from the promo, or not to give the relevant assets, benefits, or rewards, if PDAX has reasonable grounds to believe that such qualified participant: (i) has tampered with or attempted to tamper with the process or the operation of the promo; (ii) has breached the PDAX Platform Terms; (iii) have made any misrepresentations in respect of, has abused, or has employed any illegal or criminal activity (including fraud) in connection with, the promo or any use of the PDAX Platform.
  6. Except as otherwise stated in the Mechanics, any additional cost in claiming the assets, benefits, or rewards or any taxes applicable to the promo shall be borne by the qualified recipients. For the avoidance of doubt, except as otherwise stated in the Mechanics, PDAX does not undertake any responsibility to withhold taxes on behalf of the qualified participants.
  7. PDAX may notify you of any assets, benefits, or rewards to be received by you via Platform notifications or emails. However, PDAX is not responsible for unsuccessful efforts to notify. Please check your PDAX account and email messages regularly, including your “junk” folders.
  8. PDAX may collect, use, disclose or publish qualified participant’s personal information in order to process the appropriate distribution, disbursement and/or delivery of such assets, benefits, or rewards, in all communications in connection with this promo and for the purposes of administering the promo in accordance with its Privacy Policy. If qualified participants are not willing to provide their personal information and other requested information, then PDAX will not be able to process, disburse and/or deliver such assets, benefits, or rewards. By choosing to not provide the personal data, each qualified participant acknowledges and agrees that any of his/her entitlement to any assets, benefits, or rewards from this promo shall be forfeited and he/she shall release and discharge PDAX from any obligations or liability in relation to it, and undertakes to not submit any claim to PDAX with respect to any matter related to this promo.
