PDAX Prime Treasury OTC Features

Requirement

Treasury OTC is exclusively available to PDAX Prime clients.

Trading Hours

• Standard Hours: Monday to Friday (excluding holidays) 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM Philippine Standard Time (UTC+8:00) – T+1 Settlement.
• Off-Market Hours: Monday to Friday (excluding holidays) 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM Philippine Standard Time (UTC+8:00) – T+2 Settlement.

OTC Trading Desk

A designated chat group is the primary method of communication for OTC trades.

Fiat Currencies

• Philippine Peso (PHP)
• United States Dollar (USD)
• Japanese Yen (JPY)
• Euros (EUR)

Minimum Trade Size

• PHP 1,000,000 (USD 20,000) or equivalent for PDAX exchanged-enabled digital assets (listed on the PDAX web and mobile exchange).
• PHP 250,000 (USD 5,000) or equivalent for OTC-exclusive digital assets.

Pre-Funding

Your PDAX account must be funded in advance to start trading.

Trade Process Flow

1. Client submits a request to purchase or sell a specified digital asset in the chat group.
2. PDAX provides a quote on the specified pair.
3. Client accepts the quote within one minute.
4. If Client accepts, PDAX sends a trade confirmation email containing trade details.

Quotes

Only an authorized PDAX trader can provide a quote via the chat group. Quotes are only available if you have sufficient funds in your PDAX account for the requested trade size.

If you accept a quote within one minute, the transaction is binding. After one minute, the quote expires, and you’ll need to request a new one.

PDAX reserves the right to cancel a trade if a quote contains an obvious pricing or amount error, with notice given to the client within 30 minutes of acceptance.

Trade Confirmation

PDAX will send a trade confirmation email with your transaction details to your registered email. All emails will be sent exclusively from trade@pdax.ph.

Settlement

• For trades made during Standard hours (9:00 AM to 4:00 PM), settlement will be completed in one (1) banking day (T+1).
• For trades made during Off-Market hours (4:00 PM to 9:00 PM), settlement will be completed in two (2) banking days (T+2).

Viewing Your Balance

Check your balance anytime on the PDAX website or mobile app.

Crypto-In & Crypto-Out

All crypto deposits and withdrawals can be exclusively done through the PDAX mobile app.

Terms and Conditions

The PDAX Terms and Conditions and all rules and policies incorporated therein by reference (pdax.ph/legal), shall govern your relationship with PDAX when creating, accessing, and using your PDAX Account through Treasury OTC.
